Dr. Jacob Sundberg attained the status of Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. Prior to his chiropractic education, Dr. Sundberg received a Bachelor of Arts from Hamline University in St. Paul, and an Associates of Arts from Rainy River Community College in International Falls.
He is currently pursuing his Diplomate in Occupational Health and Applied Ergonomics. The healing art of chiropractic found Dr. Sundberg in high school when he suffered back and shoulder injuries playing hockey. After several failed attempts to find relief through medical or physical therapy care, his dad suggested he see a chiropractor.
Dr. Sundberg was amazed at how quickly his symptoms were resolved and grateful that he was able to resume playing the sport he loved. Dr. Sundberg and his wife are proud parents of their daughter and Labrador retriever. In his spare time, Dr. Sundberg enjoys spending time with his family, reading, fishing, hunting, and staying active by participating in endurance sports and playing ice-hockey.
