Cash Plans
The State of Minnesota prohibits the existance of multiple fee schedules. The State of Minnesota does allow us to provide a discount in the case of same day payment or pre-payment of fees.
Advanced payment discounts apply only to payment at the time of service or for advance payment services.
Billing you or your insurance for an office visit after a service has been rendered must be charged at normal fees.
